This means providing animals with choices of whether and when to participate, helping them feel better about the procedures, and equipping them with the skills and behaviors that make participation easier through the use of positive reinforcement training techniques.
Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: You must cancel your registration within 5 days from the start of the class to receive a refund. (All refunds will incur a transaction fee.) If you book within 5 days of the start of the class, there are no refunds. Once a class begins, there are no refunds.
